Evelyn, Dad and the Silverbergs at her first hockey game. Badgers vs some other team that was supposed to be very good. Badgers won. Suoth Dakota I think.

New Years Resolutions

I have chosen Evelyn's for her. It is to brush her hair. These are recent photos of the omnipresent pony tail. For an unknown length of time it was worn this way to bed. Only during preparations in a hotel room for our attending a family wedding did your parents learn of your lax hair care practices. Bad parenting or naughty kid? No one will ever know.

Evie the Shepherd

Evelyn had an important but "non-speaking role" in the Christmas pageant this year. This photo, taken during dress rehearsal shows what she would look like with a beard. The scene is beautifully lit, thanks to dad the set builder and lighting technician. Who would have thought those theatrical lighting classes would have come in so handy?
